Instagram Promotion Services Agreement

1No Refunds Policy
All payments made for Instagram promotion services through Hustleman Capital LLC are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, the client acknowledges that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or inability to provide content materials.
2No Chargebacks or Disputes
The client expressly agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through their credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor (including Stripe, CashApp, or Apple Pay) for this transaction. The client understands that filing a fraudulent chargeback constitutes breach of this agreement and may result in legal action and recovery of all associated fees.
3Content Rights & License
The client grants Hustleman Capital LLC and @hustlemantherapper a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, post, display, and promote all content, images, logos, and materials submitted by the client on the @hustlemantherapper Instagram account and related social media channels for the purpose of fulfilling this promotion. Hustleman retains the right to add captions, hashtags, and commentary to the posted content.
4Delivery Timeline
Hustleman Capital LLC will make best efforts to schedule and post the promotion within 24–72 hours of receiving all required client materials. The client will be contacted via the email provided at checkout to coordinate content and posting timing. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide materials will not constitute grounds for a refund.
5No Guaranteed Results
Hustleman Capital LLC does not guarantee specific follower gains, views, sales, or any measurable outcomes from the promotion. All metrics mentioned (e.g., estimated views, follower ranges) are estimates based on historical performance and are not contractual guarantees.
6Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia. By signing, the client waives their right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit related to this promotion service.
